Memberships
Users of the Service may become Zoo Class Member (IT”S FREE), 1st Class Member, or Business Class Member Zoo Class Members are allowed access to a minimal level of the Service's features and are not charged by us for the use of the features they can access. Free Zoo Class Members are not allowed access to all of the features that Paid Members are allowed to access. Free Zoo Class Members are not charged by us for the features they can access. Full Members are provided with access to additional features of the Service that are not available to Guests or Free Zoo Class Members. Paid Members are not charged by us for the features that are free to Free Zoo Class Members. Certain additional features of the Service made available to Paid Members are also free of charge. Certain other features of the Service are "paid features", for which a Paid Member is charged.
1 st Class and Business Class Member of the Service are required to purchase "Monthly Membership" in order to use the "paid features" of the Service. A 1 st Class and Business Class Member receives a subscription giving access to the "paid features" of the Service. Subscription Members will be able to use this service as long as the Subscription remains active. In order to purchase a Subscription, you may make an online charge to a credit card account through Pay Pal. A Subscription is valid for either 30 days from the time of payment (one month package), 90 days from the time of payment (three month package) or 180 days from the time of payment (six month package). Once purchased, and unless cancelled, Subscriptions automatically renew either for further 30 day periods, 90 day periods or 180 day periods, as the case may be, and are charged to the credit card originally used to purchase the Subscription.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time prior to the end of any 30 day period, 90 day period or 180 day period, as the case may be, by clicking on the "cancel subscription" button on your account page. Cancellation will be effective as of the next billing date as long as notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the end of the applicable 30, 90, 180 day period. If your usage of the Service is terminated because of a breach of this Agreement or if it is terminated for any reason, any unused Subscription time is automatically and immediately forfeited.

Subscription Options and Promotion
Subscription members may also be entitled to purchase subscription upgrade options for their memberships at additional costs (as set out on the purchase pages of the Service) for additional features and services. Once purchased, the subscription upgrade option will be billed at the same time as the member’s regular subscription each month (the initial subscription option will be prorated for the representative portion of the month used up to the regular billing time). Subscription options may be cancelled at any time on the same terms as listed above. Not all subscription upgrade options are available in all geographic areas.
From time to time For Scouting Models may offer you promotions and promotional pricing (“Promotions”). Promotions are only for the amount and period stated after which any renewal will be charged at For Scouting Models then current rate.

Photo Profile Guidelines
A profile picture can be seen by both guests and members. You may only have one profile picture displayed per profile. The guidelines are as follows:
The photo must be of you. No one else may appear in the picture.
The photo must clearly display your face.
The photo cannot contain any contact information.
Gallery photo can be seen by both guests and members.
You may have up to 10 gallery photos in each category. The guidelines are as follows:
The photo must be appropriate for the category it's posted in.
Photo’s can include yourself, or even other people (If it does include other people, remember to ask their permission first).
The photo cannot contain any contact information.
The photo shows nudity is not permitted on this site.
Body shots" are permitted, however full nudity is not.
Men may be topless as long as there is no nudity below the waist.
Women can not be topless and at minimum most wear the equivalent of a bikini.

It is copyrighted.
It is deemed to be offensive, obscene, or violent.
Any pictures suggesting sexual activity or arousal will be rejected.
Sexually graphic pictures.
Touching yourself or others in a sexual way including masturbation.
Sexual intercourse and bodily fluids.
Your pictures may be rejected if:
It contains or suggests illegal activities, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
It is blank or very poor quality.
It is a picture of a celebrity.
It is copyrighted.
It is deemed to be offensive, obscene, or violent.
Any pictures suggesting sexual activity or arousal will be rejected.
Sexually graphic pictures.

Your Voice Intro may be rejected if:
It contains or suggests illegal activities, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
Voice Intro with sexual nature sounds of arousal is not permitted.
If voice Intro is blank or very poor quality.
A voice of a celebrity.
A copyrighted Voice over.
Audio contain any commercial advertising or solicit any goods or services.
Audio that deemed to be offensive, obscene, or violent. Any audio suggesting sexual activity or arousal will be rejected.
Sexually graphic audio in including sound of masturbation or sexual intercourse.
Your Voice Intro may be rejected if:
It contains or suggests illegal activities, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
Voice Intro with sexual nature sounds of arousal is not permitted.
If voice Intro is blank or very poor quality.
A voice of a celebrity.
A copyrighted Voice over.
